In recognition of this day, we share a number of events occurring across South Florida starting Friday morning, throughout the day, Saturday and even the following week.

- Chef Michelle Bernstein, a culinary genius and James Beard Award winner
- Natalia Zea, the Director of Communications and Community Engagement at The Children's Trust
- Ann Keil Dux, an Emmy Award-winning journalist and media consultant
- Cathy Burgos, the Chief Community Services Officer at the Office of the Miami-Dade County Mayor, who advocates for youth and builds community partnerships.
The panel will be moderated by Lauren Pastrana, a respected CBS Anchor and reporter. They will share their authentic stories and profound insights on how they overcame challenges, navigated career transitions, and supported women and girls in their leadership journey.
