With locations in Las Vegas, Los Angeles and now Miami, the newly opened waterfront eatery, transports guests to the glamour and elegance of the 1920s through a carefully curated vintage ambiance set to the sounds of a live jazz band. This Valentine's Day, Delilah is hosting an exclusive pre-fixed menu ($210/person) helmed by Executive Chef Daniel Roy. Diners can expect starters like the Citrus Cured Wahoo, made with pink pineapple, tapioca chip, basil oil, roasted banana and ginger; shared plates like the Potato and Caviar, a 50 layer potato, Kaluga caviar crème fraiche and chive; entrees like the Stone Axe Farm Manhattan featuring white truffle, parsnip puree, foie demi-glace and chive oil; and finish the night with a dessert like Tiramisu, made with mascarpone chantilly, espresso liqueur-soaked crepes and macerated berries.
