Viva España! Viva St. Augustine! Wine Tasting- In celebration of Spanish culture in historic St. Augustine and the United States of America, 95 Cordova Restaurant at the Casa Monica Hotel will be featuring a taste of genuine imported Viña Luparia from the BodegasGalan Winery in Spain. Tastings are in the hotel lobby and complimentary glasses of wine will be served with lunches and dinners in the restaurant. Then from 8 - 10 p.m., VoicePlay, a five-piece a cappella group creating a musical masterpiece using only their voice will perform under the fireworks display with reserved seating. Family packages which include the tasting, entertainment and reserved seating for the Fireworks are $120 for 2 adults and up to 4 children. Solarium Tours - Following a $2.3 million restoration, the magnificent Solarium of Henry Flagler's Hotel Ponce de Leon is now open for public tours. Closed for decades, the Solarium was one of the outstanding amenities of the hotel when it opened in 1888. Now Flagler College, the former hotel was one of the world's most exclusive destinations during America's Gilded Age. The Solarium is a fourth floor parlor above the Rotunda and boasts a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. The 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Solarium tours, which include the hourly Historical Tours of Flagler College, are $18 per person. Living History Day at Fort Matanzas National Monument - From 10:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., authentically clad reenactors demonstrate Spanish cannons at this fortress that guarded the southern approach to St. Augustine. Admission is free including the ferry ride to and from Rattlesnake Island. Guided Cultural Hike - From 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., visitors can learn about the cultural history of the Guana Peninsula during a guided cultural hike.
