BIANCA AT DELANO CELEBRATES EASTER WITH BRUNCH SPECIAL AND EASTER EGG HUNT


Guests to Enjoy Chef Luciano’s Italian Cuisine with Whimsical Orchard Setting

Bianca at Delano entices guests to enjoy delicious brunch offerings customized for the holiday by Chef Luciano Sautto. Brunch begins with a vast selection of delicacies including Fresh Blinis with American Caviar with Smoked Salmon, Hand Sliced Prosciutto with Artisan Salumi & Charcuterie, and A La Minute Eggs and Omelets. Additional menu highlights include traditional lamb chops, zucchini, black olive farotto, lamb jus, French toast sandwich, cream cheese, strawberry syrup, orange zest, and pan roasted snapper, baby eggplant, lobster, fingerling potatoes, with San Marzano broth. After enjoying Bianca’s brunch, guests are invited to proceed to the Orchard where bunnies will be roaming freely in honor of the holiday. To further complement the splendid occasion, a special Easter pastry display featuring a cupcake tower and brioche will be presented as guests prepare for a classic Easter egg hunt on the grounds of Delano. JOIN SHORE CLUB FOR A LAVISH EASTER BRUNCH

Shore Club’s poolside dreamscape Terrazza, offers a mouthwatering bottomless Easter brunch menu featuring carefully selected items and a Ceviche Rawbar Carving Station with Oysters, King Crab and Shrimp Cocktail delicacies. The Italian menu offers an extensive selection of appetizers and main course options including Whole Roaster Prime Rib served with Italian herb marinade au jus sauce and Homemade Cured Honey Glazed Ham with horseradish cream and Chilean Sea bass with a Spicy Mango Beurre Blanc. Appetizers will also feature Sesame Crusted Seared Tuna with ponzu sauce, Homemade Spinach Ricotta Ravioli, Linguine Vongole with White Wine Reduction and many more surprise items. Brunch is $55 plus tax and gratuity. Women are invited to enjoy unlimited brunch cocktails including mimosas, bloody marys and bellinis.
