October is here which means rich autumn colors. However in Miami we are limited in range of outdoor colors and so this fall I'm celebrating indoors with more than pumpkin pie. How about a  fabulous hands-on session on how to blend wine at Fleming's Steakhouse in Coral Gables (remember, my new favorite steak place)?!

On October 16, 19, and 26 join wine enthusiasts and begin with an introductory video by Jean-Charles Boisset, renowned winemaker of Raymond Vineyards in Napa Valley, along with Fleming's Wine Manager to learn the art of combining varietals into a personalized blend that you can sample and share.

The price is $65 per person and includes wine and food throughout the evening!
