Low Tide Bike Ride Get a great cardio workout on one of the most awesome beaches in Florida. This Ranger led event will start with a 3 ½ mile low tide bike ride and bird watch. Participants will enjoy an ecology talk at the point of Conch Island and then start the return trip. The ride starts at 3:30 p.m. Meet at the Island Beach shop and Grill pavilion 15 minutes prior to the event. Bring at least one pint of water, bicycle, snack, binoculars, and sunscreen. This program is free with paid park admission. Anastasia State Park is located on A1A on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine. Admission to the park is $8 per vehicle up to 8 people, and $2 per additional passengers. Pedestrians and bicyclist admission is $2. Real Florida Kayak Tour Join The Friends of Washington Oaks Gardens State Park when they host a kayak journey that explores the remote and serene Pellicer Creek. The tour departs from Faver-Dykes State Park and will highlight an aquatic landscape that took shape after the last ice-age. This 3-hour kayak tour will depart at 10 a.m. This certified-naturalist-led tour includes instruction on proper kayaking technique, admission to the park, guide services, and the use of the finest kayak equipment available. Faver-Dykes State Park is located at 1000 Faver Dykes Rd, off I-95 Exit 298 and US 1 in St. Augustine. The cost is $55 per person. Join Ripley's Believe It or Not for a fashion show that helps to promote creative recycling. Ripley's is looking for the best outfit and artwork made out of trash! Bring in your creative art work made of household trash. The winners of the show will have their piece on display at Ripley's museum for a month and receive $100 cash and four Ripley combo passes. The Trashy Art Show takes place at 2 p.m. at Ripley's Belive It or Not!, located at 19 San Marco Avenue in St. Augustine. Gamble Rogers Festival Spring Concert Get a sampling of some of extraordinary Folk talent that will perform at the May 2012 Gamble Rogers Folk Music Festival during this one-night fund raising special. Folk singer/songwriter/guitarists Patty Larkin and Michael Reno Harrell one of the headliners at the Gamble Rogers Folk Festival in 2011. This special concert takes place at Flagler College Auditorium, 14 Granada Street in St. Augustine.
