With all the buzz circulating about the Oscars, and after an intense month of offering my popular Art Deco Tours, I felt the need to marry the two. To get dressed up in classic Hollywood glam, walk the red carpet, and make my grand entrance inside a historic 1920's Art Deco Theater to celebrate movie artists and watch the Oscars Award show live on a theater screen along with other Oscar aficionados. 

My online search lead me to a fabulous event in Tampa, FL and also affordable and fun!

The Tampa theater is hosting an Oscar party where you are the main star. This event is one of 50 across the country officially sanctioned by the Academy of Motion Picture Art & Sciences. Guests are encouraged to dress in Hollywood fashion, or as your favorite movie star, or movie-inspired costume, or anything comfortable and fun! You will actually walk the red carpet, be interviewed by Roan Jivers (spelling is correct) and be surrounded by fans and hounding paparazzi.

For only $30, you gain access to this event which includes complimentary food samples, drinks, popcorn and a cash bar and all the fuss mentioned above!
