Chocolate and Wine Pairing
Join Whetstone Chocolates, St. Augustine's original chocolate family, every Friday and Saturday at 6 p.m. for a 1-1/2 hour chocolate and wine pairing event. Learn the similarities of growing and harvesting grapes and chocolate. Taste four different wines as each is paired with a unique chocolate piece. Experience the difference in flavor profiles with each wind and bite of chocolate. Must be 21 years or older to participate. Adults are $25 per person and includes a sample box of chocolate to take home. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 904-217-0275. Harvey at Limelight Theatre
Enjoy this family friendly comedy production about mild-mannered Elwood who insists his imaginary friend Harvey - a man sized rabbit - is real and his sister decides to have him committed. Performance times are Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. All performances take place at the Limelight Theatre, located at 11 Old Mission Avenue in St. Augustine. St. Augustine Film Festival
Challenge your imagination and celebrate films at St. Augustine's Flagler College Film Festival, the newest film festival venue sponsored by the Ft. Lauderdale Film Festival. Starting Thursday evening, watch movies and party with the film makers. Each film ticket is $10 general admission and $8 for students and seniors. FAST Passes are available for $15 for films only and $45 for films and parties. Nature Movies at GTM Reserve
Every Saturday and Sunday in January the GTM Reserve features the nature movie "Jean-Michel Cousteau Ocean Adventures". Peabody and Emmy Award-winning Jean-Michel Cousteau and his acclaimed diving teams as they explore a thrilling array of natural phenomena, investigate little known territories and ecosystems hundreds of feet beneath the ocean's surface, and come face to face with the friendly and ferocious inhabitants of the deep in this film. The GTM Environmental Education Center (EEC)is located at 505 Guana River Road, Ponte Vedra Beach. There is no cost to see the movie. Tours of the GTM Environmental Educations Center are available before or after the film and the cost is $2 for adults, $1for children age 10 to 17 and children under 10 are free. Saturday: January 21

Matanzas 5K & Fun Run
This 5K run begins from Swing Park at Francis Field, located on Castillo Drive in St. Augustine, and continues downtown along the bay front. The race starts at 9 a.m. An awards ceremony follows the race. Registration is $15 in advance, $25 the day of the race. http://www.ancientcityrr.org/ 904.461.1615


GTM Guided Beach Walk
Join GTM Research Reserve volunteers Rick and Roz Edwards from 9:00 am to 11:00 a.m. for a beach walk at the Guana South beach location. Learn about the animals that call the beach their home as well as seashells and other interesting facts. This is a "Beaches 101" experience that the entire family will enjoy. There is a $3/per vehicle parking fee. After the walk, visit the GTM Research Reserve Environmental Education Center (EEC) or enjoy many miles of trails. The EEC is located at 505 Guana River Road, Ponte Vedra Beach. Admission fee into the EEC is $2 for adults, $1 for children age 10-17 and children under ten are free. Tolomato Cemetery Tours
Come explore the historic markers at the oldest extant cemetery in Florida. The self-guided and docent-led tours are from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Tolomato Cemetery is located on Cordova Street, the site of an earlier Franciscan Indian mission (Our Lady of Guadalupe of the Tolomato) in St Augustine. Burials officially ceased in 1884. Visits are free of charge, but visitors are encouraged to offer a donation. All money goes to the preservation and restoration of the cemetery. Mark Alan Comedy Magic Show
Be amazed and amused at the Mark Alan Comedy Magic Show at Fort Menendez in St. Augustine. Mark and his hilarious, family-friendly show will take the Pioneer Barn stage at 7 p.m. - doors open at 6:30 p.m.. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for children ages 6-12. An Evening With the Rat Pack Review
Relive musical history when thisrecreation of performances by the legendary trio comprised by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis, Jr. takes place at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall. The show takes place at 8 p.m. at the Concert Hall located at 1050 A1A North in Ponte Vedra Beach. Tickets are $44.50 and $55.50.
