Macy’s Home Store at Aventura Mall will host Marko Krancher of Acqua Restaurant at the Four Seasons Miami for a cooking demonstration.

Chef Krancher will prepare a bittersweet chocolate angel food cake with a luscious warm chocolate milk chaser, espresso whip and white Godiva chocolate anglaise. Chef Krancher has mastered the creation of more than 30 divine desserts for the hotel’s Sunday brunch and the decadent menu at the Acqua Restaurant.
