There's only two weeks left before September sneaks up on us and kids are in full school swing. While school technically begins tomorrow, August 18, 2008, in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, Tropical Storm Fay has interrupted plans and answered most kids' wishes--school will open a day later on Tuesday.
